The seven occupants of the Honda V-Tec car were on their way to a college in Narela for their second semester examination when the accident occurred.
It is suspected that they were running late for their exam which was scheduled to start at 9 AM.
Garima, who was one of the seven occupants of the car that fell 30 feet from the railway over-bridge flyover, died at the AIIMS Trauma Centre where she was undergoing treatment, the police said.
Sanchit and Ritu were killed on the spot, while Rajat died during treatment.

Police have learnt that the students started from Rajat's home in east Punjabi Bagh only at 8.45 AM. He was speeding in order to reach the examination centre on time, said a senior police officer.
The two women-- Garima and Ritu-- couldn't find any autorickshaws to reach the examination centre and had asked Rajat to pick them up on the way.
While the car was on the Railway Bridge flyover near Punjabi Bagh, the rear tyre burst and it had started wobbling. In order to save a motorist, Rajat had swerved the vehicle towards right and lost control of the vehicle, sources said.
Pranav's condition was stable, police said.
As the car fell from the flyover, it turned turtle throwing some of the occupants out of the vehicle. Police and fire department personnel pulled out those who were stuck inside the car.
