"We are not thinking of semi-finals as yet. First we want to be number one on the table, and winning these two games will do that for us. We want to keep the momentum going with the aim to win the trophy," he said at an event organised by Red FM Studios.
With two games still remaining, Delhi Dynamos has already sealed a semi-finalist berth in the Indian Soccer League (ISL).
Delhi has scored just 13 goals in this season, the joint lowest, but Risse doesn't see it as a worrying factor.
"Scoring goals are important, but what is equally important is defence. Apart from the match we played against Chennai, I guess we have the strongest defence in the ISL. Yes, we didn't score many goals. But making to semi-finals with two games to spare tells that we have done something right for sure," said the footballer.
"We keep putting pressure on him. He is a strong fellow and works really hard for the team," he added.
To which the 25-year-old Robin said, "This very pressure acts as a motivation for me. I always had someone backing me up. I wish it remains the same.
