After the city received 0.4 mm rainfall last night, the maximum today settled at a comfortable 37 degrees Celsius, two notches below normal, while the minimum was recorded at 22 degrees, four notches below the season's average, the MeT department said.
Humidity in air oscillated between 40 and 86 per cent.
The weatherman has, meanwhile, predicted clear skies tomorrow.
"The skies will be mainly clear. The maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover at 39 and 23 degrees, respectively," said the MeT office.
