Excise department teams assisted by police raided 16 bonded warehouses (BWHs) of dealers of Indian liquor, foreign liquor and country liquor today.
The licence of one Privilege Industries in Kirti Nagar was suspended and the premises were being sealed after many irregularities were found.
The 2D barcode was missing on the bottles. Many bottles were not available in the vend although they were shown on the vend. Goods that were shown as damaged in the staff register were found lying intact while in some stock, few brands registered in the previous year were found, the officials said.
Directions were issued to 7 bonded warehouses asking them to fix the discrepancies noticed within 24 hours failing which action would be initiated.

Officials of the Trade and Taxes department, divisional commissioner and Delhi Police conducted surprise raids at premises of 12 dealers and transporters.
The drive mainly covered return defaulters, dealers suspected to be dealing in bogus transactions, and transporter's godowns, officials said.
Three dealers were found to be non-existing at the premises declared during registration and thus were indulging in bogus transactions. The registration of these dealers would be cancelled.
During a raid at a timber dealer's premises in Mundka, various discrepancies such as claiming of wrongful ITC, variation in stock, variation in cash and improper central sales were noticed. The dealer submitted a cheque of Rs 70 lakhs admitting the discrepancies.
