Delhi Metro guide book launched

A comprehensive guide book on Delhi Metro giving information about various tourist landmarks, eateries, markets around the metro stations here was launched today.
The book 'Delhi by Metro', published by Times Group Books in association with Delhi Metro, was launched at the Metro Museum at Patel Chowk today by DMRC Managing Director Mangu Singh.
It carries detailed information about various tourist landmarks, eateries and markets in the national capital's Metro stations.
The books will be available at the Customer Care Centres of the Kashmere Gate, Chandni Chowk, New Delhi, Rajiv Chowk, Khan Market, IGI Airport, Vishwa Vidyalaya, INA, HUDA city Centre, Nehru Place and Qutab Minar Metro stations and the souvenir shop of the metro museum.

A model of a Metro train emerging from an elevated station was also unveiled for visitors. The new exhibit displays a Metro train coming on to the viaduct from an elevated Metro station.
