A senior government official said that AAP MLAs are also likely to table a resolution demanding ownership rights to those who were allotted small plots of gram sabha land under the Centre's 20-point programme around four decades back.
However, the government has not made public the entire agenda for the session, which, BJP MAL Vijender Gupta alleged is a tactic to "deprive" the Opposition of any chance or possibility to raise any issue
An official said, "On the second day, MLAs will raise the issue of reservation for city students in 28 DU colleges that get financial aid from the Delhi government. A resolution in this regard may be passed by the House. It has been a long- pending demand."
Earlier this month, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had asked his deputy Manish Sisodia, who also holds the education portfolio, to explore if quota can be fixed for Delhi students in the 28 DU colleges.
"A resolution is also expected to be tabled on Thursday demanding weightage for Delhi-domicile aspirants in teacher recruitment for government schools," another official said.
Around 9,000 teachers will be recruited by the Delhi government soon.
