Delhi Health Minister Walia said the DSCI's branch in Janakpuri will be commissioned soon, while work on branches in North and South districts would begin shortly.

"The government would also ensure allotment of additional land for DSCI to enable it to make space for more wards and operation theatres," he said at a function organised by DSCI on the occasion of World Cancer Day.

He also said East Delhi would soon become a hub of quality health services as Rajiv Gandhi Super-speciality Hospital at Tahirpur would fully become functional soon.
