Delhiites experience relatively pleasant weather

Delhiites experienced a relatively pleasant day with the maximum temperature being recorded at 37.2 degrees Celsius.
The Safdarjung observatory, recording of which is considered official for the city, registered a maximum temperature of 37.2 degrees, three notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 26.4 degrees, a notch below the normal.
Areas under Palam, Lodhi Road, Ridge and Aayangar recorded a maximum temperature of 39.6, 36.7, 37.7 and 38.5 degrees Celsius respectively, said a MeT department official.
The humidity level oscillated between 80 and 35 per cent.
The MeT office has forecast overcast conditions for tomorrow.
"The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 38 and 27 degrees Celsius, respectively," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the minimum and maximum temperatures recorded were 28.8 degree Celsius and 34.5 degree Celsius, respectively.
