Integrated Disease Surveillance Program (IDSP) State Nodal Officer Dr Pachuau Lalmalsawma said that at least 193 Dengue cases have been detected since February till November while the spate of detections were monitored during August to mid-November.
Lalmalsawma said that no one died due to Dengue infection and all the patients have been cured.
Except for the first two persons diagnosed in February and found to have been infected while in West Bengal, the rest of those afflicted by the mosquito-borne disease were infected locally, he said.
