While 10 trains including New Delhi-Jalandhar Intercity and Howrah-Sri Ganga Nagar Udayan Abha Toofan Express were cancelled, departure timings of 15 trains such as Bhubaneswar Rajdhani and Howrah Rajdhani were rescheduled.
Apart from Mahananda Express which was running 13 hours late, eight other trains were also running way behind schedule, a Northern Railway spokesperson said.

Train movement slows down to about 20 km/hr as visibility gets reduced due to fog.
