Day temperatures continued to fluctuate due to cool breeze as minimum and maximum temperature in almost all parts of the state remained low.
According to the MeT department spokesperson, dense fog cover affected normal life in Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Dausa, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Kota, Bundi and Chhittorgarh districts.
Visibility in few districts was below 50 meters affecting vehicular traffic.
Minimum temperature recorded till 8:30 AM in Alwar was 6.8 degrees Celsius followed by Falodi 7.0 degrees Celsius, Jaisalmer 8.5 degrees Celsius, Swai Madhopur 9.0 degrees Celsius, Mount Abu 9.4 degrees Celsius, Dabok 9.6 degrees Celsius.

In Churu 10.4 degrees Celsius and in other places minimum temperature remained between 11.2 degrees Celsius and 13.8 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile, due to dense fog in north India, 14 North Western Railway (NWR) trains were delayed by 1 hour 20 minutes to maximum of 21 hours whereas departure timing of two trains was rescheduled.
According to NWR spokesperson, Varanasi-Jodhpur is running late by 21 hours, Hawarah-Sriganganagar by 20 hours, Hawrah-Jodhpur by 13 hours 30 minutes, Gorakhpur-Hissar 8 hours, Lucknow-Jaipur by 7 hours 50 minutes, Jammutavi-Bhatinda by 7 hours and other trains are running by 5 hours 30 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes.
