Dental fair held in Mathura

Aiming to promote dental health awareness among the families and children of army personnel, a dental fair was organised here today.
The Dental health exhibition was organised at Mathura Cantonment in "Yodha Institute" by 1 Corps Dental Unit under aegis of Awwa Strike 1 was put up for motivation and education of ladies and children, an army official said.
Besides, providing free dental checkups to more than 1000 ladies and children, minor dental aliments were attended to on the specially installed 'Field Dental Chairs', the official said.
"An oral health motivation video was also repeatedly screened in a specially designed room for creating awareness of oral health in families and children," he added.

Prizes were also given to winners of "Dental Quiz", which was the highlight of the fair, the official said.
