Actors Johnny Depp and Tom Cruise joined movie producer Jerry Bruckheimer for his Hollywood Walk of Fame star unveiling ceremony.
The A-list actors showed their support to the Hollywood super-producer, who is behind Depp's hit 'Pirates of the Caribbean' films and Cruise's star-making movie 'Top Gun', as he was given a plaque on the famous sidewalk in LA, reported Aceshowbiz.
Depp, who reunited with Bruckheimer for new Western film 'The Lone Ranger', paid tribute to his close friend and credited him with changing his life after he accepted the role of Captain Jack Sparrow in the swashbuckling family flicks.
"My path was fortunate enough to collide with this man some years ago, and certainly since my collaboration with Jerry, my life has never been the same and probably won't be for a while, anyway.
"Without Jerry, there would be no 'Pirates...', there would be no Captain Jack. Without Jerry, there would be no 'Lone Ranger', there would be no reinvigorated Tonto. So I have a lot to thank him for. The man is a legend to me, a legend to us all, hence this congregation to celebrate him for his long-deserved star on the Walk of Fame," Depp said.
Other stars who showed their support included Marg Helgenberger, who starred in Bruckheimer's hit TV franchise 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation', Jon Voight and 'Pirates of the Caribbean' director Gore Verbinski.
