Despite challenges Rajasthan continues to progress: Raje

Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today said that despite several challanges the state continues to progress and develop into a better place to live.
Without naming anyone she said that few people do not like to see Rajasthan growing and are propagating enemity but they do not know the people of the state are sensible enough.
She was addressing a gathering in Bharatpur' Lohagarh Stadium today.
Talking about achievements, she said that the state is on top to encourage cashless economy by using 23,000 micro ATMs, 40,000 E-Mitra centres and PoS machines.
More than 270 services in 70 departments are digitalised, she claimed.
Talking about developmental works proposed in Bharatpur, Raje said that Rs 71 crore will be spent on a long-pending upgradation of Gurgaon canal.

Raje announced Rs 200 crore for road for Brij Chaurasi Parikrama.
She also announced Rs 36 crore road to Gowardhan and Rs 106 crore for Khedli to Pahadi state highway.
She said that government has spent Rs 1737 crore on road development in Bharatpur district apart from Rs 4 crore developmental works executed in the city.
Expressing her interest in Bharatpur, she said she will discuss renovation of Sujanganga with ASI officials apart from doling out funds for new projects and laying foundation for six developmental works of Rs 21.11 crore.
On water conservation issue, she said that 165 villages of Bharatpur district will be taken under Jal Swavlamban campaign.
