On a tip-off, police yesterday seized the explosives from a motorcyclist near Hazaribagh National Park on the National Highway-33, Superintendent of Police Manoj Kaushik said.
The accused was identified as Upendra Kumar Mehta, the SP said, adding that 250 detonators and 50 kg of ammonium nitrate were seized.
