The two RJD leaders went to the Special CBI court of Balmukund Rai (officiating judge) and furnished the bail bonds, Yadav's advocate Prabhat Kumar said here.
The second condition they gave to the court was Yadav would not go abroad without its permission, he added.
The bail bonds and other conditions were furnished as per the Supreme Court order on Friday while granting bail to the former Bihar Chief Minister, who was in prison from September 30 after being sentenced five years imprisonment in the RC20A/96 fodder scam case pertaining to fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 37.7 crore from Chaibasa Treasury when he was the head of the RJD regime in undivided Bihar.
