The court was hearing Vora's bail application.
Her lawyers today said that prosecution had not filed any forensic analysis reports of mobile phones, etc.
The judge said that if the reports were not submitted, he would proceed without taking them into consideration.
Vora, deputy Chief of Bureau of a city-based English newspaper, was arrested on November 25 last year in connection with the murder of senior crime reporter J Dey.
Vora is accused of passing on some important information about Dey, including the registration number of his motorcycle, to gangster Chhota Rajan, who allegedly ordered the killing.
Police have claimed that Vora had talked to Rajan on phone, but her defence, in the bail application, is that it was for the purpose of a newspaper interview.
