"He is my darling brother ...Please pray for him. Doctors are trying their best," Dharmendra told reporters outside Kokilaben Hospital, where Singh is admitted.
Singh, was brought to a city hospital on July 7, still remains to be critical. The wrestler-turned-actor is admitted to Kokilaben Hospital after he suffered a cardiac arrest.
The Commonwealth wrestling champion, known for his roles in films like "King Kong" and "Faulad", is in ICU and on ventilator.
He was last seen on silver screen in Imtiaz Ali's "Jab We Met" in 2007.
Dharmendra also met his actor friend Shatrughan Sinha, who is also admitted at the same hospital from July 2 due to breathing problem.
"He (Shatrughan Sinha) is doing fine," Dharmendra said.
