"Dhoni is definitely the best captain India have ever had. I think he's going to win the World Cup this time as well," an overwhelmed Bhutia said here on the sidelines of a promotional event.
"We have won Twenty20 and 50-over World Cups under Dhoni. Hopefully they would do it again. When you start well, you finish well also. Obviously India are the favourites," the 38-year-old retired India footballer said.
"Seriously speaking it's difficult to analyse, I've not seen any match so far. I just keep travelling. Today also I could catch up with a couple of (Indian) overs at the airport.
