Dhyanchand awardee Sumarai Tete felicitated

Former women's hockey captain and Dhyanchand awardee Sumarai Tete was today felicitated by the Ranchi Rail Division here.
Additional Divisional Rail Manager Vijay Kumar presented her a bouquet and congratulated her, a railway press release said here.
Tete works with the Ranchi Rail Division and she is the first woman hockey player of the country to get the award, the release said.
"It is fortunate that many sportspersons are with Ranchi Rail Division. We also feel proud of Sumarai Tete. We hope our players will play better in future," Kumar said.
