The 37-year-old 'Troy' star, who was previously married to actor Guillaume Canet for five years until their split in 2006, said she does not have plans to wed for the second time, reported Us magazine.
"I'm not married and don't intend to be, and I never believed in love at first sight but I do believe opposites attract," she said.
The former model and Jackson, 36, began dating in 2006. The couple, for the most part, has kept mum about the long-term relationship.
