Dinda may captain Bengal in Ranji quarterfinals

Bengal pacer Ashok Dinda was today named vice-captain as skipper Manoj Tiwary appeared to be a doubtful starter for their Ranji Trophy quarterfinal against Madhya Pradesh in Mumbai from February 3-7.
Tiwary is recovering from a hamstring injury but he was still named in the 16-member squad that had two new comers in pacer Ishan Porel and batsman Prasenjit Das.
The squad, accompanied by eight support staff including coach Sairaj Bahutule, will leave for Mumbai tomorrow afternoon.
Bengal Squad: Manoj Tiwary (c), Ashok Dinda (v-c), Wriddhiman Saha, Shreevats Goswami, Sudip Chatterjee, Abhimanyu Easwaran, Sayan Sekhar Mondal, Pankaj Shaw, Aamir Gani, Pragyan Ojha, Veer Pratap Singh, Mukesh Kumar, Rohan Banerjee, Pritam Chakraborty, Prasenjit Das and Ishan Porel.
