Dineout acquires inResto

Table reservation platform Dineout today said it has acquired Bangalore-based inResto Service for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition will enable Dineout to provide an end-to-end solution ensuring that restaurants get one dashboard to manage everything from table reservations, home delivery, takeaways, customer feedback, mobile payments, and loyalty programmes, Dineout said in a statement.

Over the next 12 months, DJUBO plans to add more than 2,000 properties to its portfolio of budget hotels and resorts from across India and bordering countries, DJUBO said in a statement.
