Now the group of six, who call themselves "The DJ Dispensary" have landed in India to offer their retreat classes at the Vivanta by Taj.
Their "Sound Lab" school offers aspiring DJs get into a fun classroom mode and experience a brand new spin on the art of DJing.
"DJ as an entity has never been more in the spotlight, it has never been more popular. So with the dispensing of it, we can find more equality in the overall DJs out there. Everyone wants to be a DJ or everyone is a DJ," says Matty Wainwright, who heads DJ Dispensary,
The Sound Lab is a 3 day-workshop where interested people get a crash course in disk jockeying and keeping it simple by not teaching any a particular genre.
