Dishman Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals on Wednesday posted a 13.7% rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 45.5 crore for the quarter ended June.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 40.02 crore in the same period of 2015-16.
Net sales, however, declined to Rs 365.9 crore during the June quarter as against Rs 400 crore a year earlier, Dishman Pharmaceuticals said in a regulatory filing.
The stock on Wednesday ended at Rs 164.75 on BSE, down 1.58% from its previous close.
