"Some voices of dissent are likely as nearly 90 per cent presidents of district and city units were changed in the latest reshuffle.
"But, I will not shy away from talking to dissenters and explain them everything," Khatri said in a chat with reporters here.
Referring to the protest by supporters of a district unit head who was changed, the UPCC chief said he talked to them and they went back satisfied.
Khatri said after the state assembly election, the High Command had said effective steps should be taken for strengthening the organisation.
At the meeting leaders of these frontal organisations complained they were not getting due respect and importance in the organisation, party sources said.
