Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao today said the distribution of cheques under 'Rythu bandhu' investment support scheme and 'pattadar' (title holder) passbooks would be completed "cent per cent" by June 20.
Rao, who held a meeting with ministers and officials on the issue, said the administrative machinery concerned should concentrate on the exercise from May 24 to June 20, a release from his office said.
Rao has designated a senior official per district to supervise the distribution, it said.
The state government had launched the 'Rythu bandhu' scheme earlier this month.
Rao directed that clothes be distributed for Muslims on the occasion of Ramadan, the release said.
He said state formation day celebrations be conducted in schools on June 2 as schools reopen after summer vacation on June 1.
