National champion Prerna Bhambari, Rishika Sunkara and Eetee Maheta are expected to compete in USD 7000 event.
"After receiving encouraging response from the players and national federations for the men's tournaments, the Asian Tennis Tour has also started conducting tournaments for the women players," a DLTA release said.
It will be third women's event on the ATT with first two being held in Thailand. Chompoothip Jandakate, a Thai player ranked outside 1000 had won both the tournaments held in Hua Hin. She beat higher-ranked players in the field which also had three Indian players.
ATT has so far conducted seven tournaments, including five men's and two women's events. The inaugural ATT tournament was held at the DLTA in April.
