DMK chief to visit Tiruvarur in September

: DMK President M Karunanidhi would undertake a three-day tour of his home constituency of Tiruvarur from September 24.
He would participate in several functions, including laying the foundation stone for an auditorium and presentation of gold coins to high school students who secured top ranks, on September 24, a party release said.
On September 25, he would participate in a public meeting while the next day he would inaugurate a building, the release said.
Karunanidhi won the Tiruvarur constituency in the 2011 assembly polls by a margin of over 50,000 votes.
