The fourth fare fixation committee that assumed charge on June 9 has to submit its report by September 8. Metro fares were last revised in 2009 while its operating expenses have increased considerably.
"Suggestions can be sent through email at 4thffc@dmrc.Org or by post addressing it to the Chairman of the 4th Fare Fixation Committee, Metro Bhawan, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001," the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said in a statement.

Metro's minimum fare was revised to Rs 8 from Rs 6 while the maximum fare was revised to Rs 30 from Rs 22 in 2009.
"Since then, DMRC's network has increased from 90 km to 213 km while fares have remained the same and operating expenses have gone up considerably," DMRC said.
The notice inviting suggestions from people has also been displayed at major interchange stations of the metro network like Rajiv Chowk, Kashmere Gate, Mandi House and Central Secretariat.
The members of the committee are Justice ML Mehta (retd), Delhi Chief Secretary K K Sharma and Urban Development Ministry additional secretary Durga Shanker Mishra.
