A decoy pregnant woman, a government employee posing as her husband and a nursing student contacted one Hari Kumawat, a technician of another clinic for the test.
He took them to the diagnostic centre yesterday where the sex determination test was conducted for Rs 6,000.
After verification of the test, the team members identified themselves, the sources said, adding, the district collector has recommended to the Rajasthan Medical Council to cancel the licence of the centre.
A complaint against the doctor would be filed in court, the sources said.
