She urged the office bearers of the Haryana Civil Medical Services Association (HCMSA) as well as its doctors not to resort to agitation. HMCSA has decided to go on mass casual leave on September 19 and 20 and thereafter mass resignation on September 21.
Singh claimed the issue of the pending demands of HCMSA was under consideration of the government.
"The decision (of going on mass leave) of the association can harm the healthcare services in the state as at present cases of malaria and dengue are at their peak," she said in a statement issued here.
"The government is taking action on issues of HCMSA," she said, adding it may take "some time" to fulfil their demands as its involves "inter departmental procedures".

Doctors, under the banner of HCMSA, had prepared a detailed schedule for their proposed programme on September 19 and 20.
"All the resignations have been signed and submitted to the association and the same would be given to the Chief Minister if the government doesn't act on our demands," an office bearer of the association said.
The doctors have dubbed the recently issued transfer list of 475 doctors as "irrational", demanding it be "cancelled immediately".
Vij had later put the doctors' transfers on hold citing "certain irregularities in the data".
The amended list was expected to be released within two-three days. However, it is yet to be issued.
The doctors are also demanding "special package" to specialists and allowances at par with that of central government employees.
