Donald Gilfellon new Information & Public Relations Dept Secy

Donald Gilfellon, Additional Secretary to Assam Election, Panchayat and Rural Development Departments has been posted as Secretary Information and Public Relations Department.
The notification about his new posting was issued yesterday and he has taken over charge as Secretary, IPR Department today, an official release said.
