The film will revolve around a group of adolescents, who visit a summer camp and end being haunted by an urban legend that dates back to the Colonial period.
The project will have a mixture of horror and humour.
Marshall, 68, has been a producer on the "Jurassic Park," "Indiana Jones," "Bourne" and "Back to the Future" franchises.
