Drizzle brings day temp down in Delhi

Drizzle in some parts of the national capital today led to a marginal fall in the day temperature, making the conditions pleasant for Delhiites even as the weatherman has predicted clear skies tomorrow.
According to MeT department, maximum temperature in the city was recorded at 22.2 degree Celsius, one notch below normal for this time of the year.
The minimum temperature was 13 degrees Celsius, four deg C above normal.
A Met department official said the city received 0.1 mm of rainfall through the day.
Citizens today woke up to overcast conditions accompanied by drizzle in the morning. Also, there was mist in the morning but no fog.
Railway officials said 11 Delhi-bound trains were running late while 19 trains remained cancelled as announced earlier.

Flight operations at the IGI airport here remained normal.
"There will be clear sky tomorrow and the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to settle at 23 degree Celsius and 9 degree Celsius respectively," the official said.
He added that humidity in the air oscillated between 62 and 87 per cent today.
Yesterday, the maximum temperature settled at 24.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 7 degrees Celsius.
