Acting on a tip-off, the 37-year-old woman was apprehended by a joint team of BSF and Special Narcotics Bureau (Police) and 3.52 lakh Pheudoephedrine and 226 WY (World's Yours) tablets were seized from her possession, BSF sources said.
The total value of the tablets is Rs 17.89 lakh, they said.
BSF Deputy Inspector General (Frontier Headquarter -- Mizoram & Cachar) S C Budakoti said the seized WY tablet is a psychoactive substance and is mainly smuggled to Thailand, China, India, Bangladesh, USA, Australia and Europe.
