Fall in supplies from producing regions also supported the upside.
Dry ginger and turmeric prices rose up to Rs 200 to conclude at Rs 12,700-17,200 and Rs 8,400-11,500 per quintal, respectively.
Traders said buying support from retailers and stockists against fall in supplies from producing regions, mainly pushed up dry ginger and turmeric prices.
