Dry weather across UP, foggy conditions at few places in western region

Weather was dry over Uttar Pradesh while shallow to moderate fog occurred at isolated places in western parts of the state on Friday.

Muzaffarnagar was the coldest place in the state where the minimum temperature dropped to 5.2 degrees Celsius.

State capital Lucknow recorded a minimum temperature of 8.1 degrees Celsius and a maximum of 21.9 degrees Celsius.

According to the meteorological department, weather is most likely to remain dry with shallow to moderate fog likely in the state on February 1.

Dense fog is very likely at isolated places over western UP on February 1.
