A 20-year-old Delhi University student was allegedly molested by a sweeper on the premises of her college today, the police said.
The woman, a final year student of B.A. English (Hons) at Ram Lal Anand College, had gone to the washroom when the 18-year-old sweeper caught hold of her, they added.
She managed to escape his clutches and informed the college principal of the incident who in turn brought the matter to the notice of the police.
The police registered a case and arrested the accused.
