Kejriwal was taking questions from public through phone and social media to mark the third anniversary of his government assuming office in the city when the student called him and wished him on the Valentine's Day.
This left the 49-year-old chief minister visibly blushing.
When she asked the chief minister as to what was his message to the youths on this day, Kejriwal said an attempt was being made to divide the country in the name of caste and religion.
"Divisive politics is being resorted to," he said, "which is a matter of concern for the country."

At the event, Kejriwal highlighted the works of his government done in the last three years.
"We all will have to work for the development of the country," he said.
