The event is being organised at Vice Regal lodge, where Bhagat Singh was reportedly imprisoned for a day, and now the Vice Chancellor's office is situated in the same building.
"A guided tour to the basement of the Vice Regal lodge will showcase the space where Bhagat Singh was reportedly imprisoned for a day. DU has collected and displayed works related with these great martyrs which will be a special source of attraction," DU said in an official statement.
