The Smart Payment System marks the beginning in customer satisfaction and confidence in the legal and judicial services.
The step comes in line with Dubai Courts' efforts to increase customer's satisfaction and raise usage to 80 per cent by 2018.
The new system offers advanced features that improve the speed, ease, efficiency and reliability of online bank transfer proceedings related to financial and inheritance cases, without the need to issue checks to beneficiaries and parties concentered.
"We are confident that 2016 will be another successful year for us, as we are looking forward to make more achievements in line with our aspired goals to develop legal and judicial system and strengthen Dubai Courts position as a pioneer in courts work on regional and international arena," said Taresh Eid Al Mansouri, Director General, Dubai Courts.

It aims to achieve three main objectives, mainly to facilitate the completion of their transactions, raise the happiness index of customers and reduce the number of clients in Dubai Courts' headquarters.
"The system helps to review, approve and implement the bank transfer orders online through the safe platform of Emirates NBD. These phased take around 1.08 minutes only, compared to 16.2 minutes using the old system which is based on bank cheques," said Abdul Rahim Ahmad Al Mudhareb, Director of Information Technology Department, Dubai Courts.
