Duliajan Numaligarh Pipeline's revenue rises 11.63% in FY15

Duliajan Numaligarh Pipeline, an Assam government undertaking, registered a rise of 11.63 per cent revenue during financial year 2014-15 over the previous year.
The company generated a revenue of Rs 66.03 crore compared to Rs 59.15 crore in 2013-14, registering an increase of 11.63 per cent, Assam Additional Chief Secretary R T Jindal said after presiding over the eighth Annual General Meeting held here today.
Profit before tax was Rs 19.65 crore in 2014-15 as compared to Rs 9.30 crore in the previous year and profit after tax was Rs 6.70 crore as against Rs 4.42 crore in the previous year.
The shareholders have declared a dividend of Rs 0.11 (i.E. 1.1 per cent) per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2015, amounting to Rs 2.21 crore (inclusive of tax of Rs 0.37 crore).
DNP Limited is an Assam government undertaking and a joint venture company with Assam Gas Company Limited (AGCL) holding 51 per cent stake, Numaligarh Refinery Limited (26 per cent) and Oil India Limited (23 per cent).
