The "San Andreas" actor went emotional after receiving the awards and paid tribute to American troops, reported Aceshowbiz.
The 43-year-old actor said his career was only possible "because we live in a country where we are free, and we get to celebrate this freedom."
He later invited US troops to join him on the stage. "This is a moment. This is a moment right now. I want to thank you so much for everything that you do," the "Furious 7" actor told the troops.
The show intends to entertain U.S. Troops who are stationed overseas.
