Dressed in a tan suit and an orange shirt matching his mom's bouquet, Logan looked on as his parents exchanged vows and rings at a 12-minute backyard wedding in Jeannette, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Many guests at the marriage had tears in their eyes as the marriage between Christine Swidorsky and Sean Stevenson on Saturday was no ordinary wedding.
The couple had planned it for ages, and had decided July 2014 as their special day. But that was before they learned that their best man -- Logan -- had just weeks to live.
"We've been waiting for this day for a long time, but under the circumstances with Logan being sick all the time, we just held off," Stevenson told CNN affiliate KDKA. "We always knew he was going to get better."

Doctors said on July 26 that Logan Stevenson has one to two weeks left to live.
Christine Swidorsky carried Logan down the aisle. His grandmother cradled her in his arms, his favourite brown teddy bear by his side.
"This is our dream come true, all our family together, and we're all together celebrating. The celebration of my son's life and the celebration of our marriage," she said.
Logan has been diagnosed with leukaemia and lost a kidney to a tumour. His once big, beautiful curls are no longer atop his head. Logan's condition led his parents to advance the date of their wedding, which was originally planned for next July.
"There's no way I can get married and not have Logan in our family photos," his mother said.
"We're just blessed everyday that he's here with us," Stevenson said on Saturday, after the wedding. "We're not going to stop fighting. We have nothing to lose.
"I'm going to try until God says otherwise," the father said.
