Presiding over a meeting on the 'ease of doing business' here, the chief minister exhorted the departments concerned to jointly work for achieving the target.
Industries and Commerce Minister Vipul Goel was also present at the meeting, an official release said.
Khattar issued directions that as the World Bank and the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP) were expected to carry out evaluation exercise after September 30 for the ease of doing business ranking, all departments should ensure in advance ground implementation of various services, usage and feedback on the reform points.
On the basis of this feedback, the departments would be evaluated, he added.

The meeting was informed that Rapid Assessment System (RAS) had been developed to take feedback through SMS from the customers about various services being provided by the departments.
As many as 89 services have been identified and are being integrated with RAS to set up a trustworthy and robust feedback system in the state, it was informed.
Among those present at the meeting included the Chief Secretary, D S Dhesi, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Rajesh Khullar and Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue, Keshni Anand Arora.
