Easy win for Mumbai's Al Barkat Malik in school tourney

Jahangir Ansari's superb bowling spell helped Mumbai's Al Barkat Malik MI English School beat AVR E Techno School from Vijayawada by 10 wickets in the Coca- Cola Cricket Cup Inter-State tournament here today.
The Vijayawada boys were bowled out for a meagre 59, with T Vamsikrishna making the top score of 26, in 18.4 overs. Ansari bagged 4 for 20.
Openers Mohd Amaan and Shoaib Khan chased the modest target by remaining unbeaten on 39 and 22, respectively as the Mumbai school overhauled the target in 12.3 overs.
Elsewhere, Kiddys Corner Higher Secondary School, Gwalior (MP) won by a huge margin of 183 runs against Shreyas Samarpan Vidyalay, Baroda, Sports College, Lucknow defeted Don Bosco Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Chennai, by 24 runs and Salwan Boys Senior Secondary School trounced Dehinagar KCR Vidya Pith, West Bengal, by 141 runs.
