EasyFix Handy Solutions raises funds from Axilor

EasyFix, a company offering maintenance and repair service, has raised its first round of institutional funding of an undisclosed value from Axilor Venture Capital.
Established in 2011, the Gurgaon-based firm provides repair and maintenance services for carpentry, electrical work and plumbing at homes and offices.
Funded by investors like ChannelPlay, EasyFix offers services in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune and Delhi-NCR.

Peel acquires Hyderabad-Based Fission Labs R&D * US-based Peel, makers of smart remote, today said it has acquired the cloud R&D division of Hyderabad-based Fission Labs that will now become Peel India.
No financial details were disclosed.
The Alibaba-funded Peel has been working on a variety of cloud computing projects with Fission Labs over the last few years, it said in a statement.
