Nomination papers can be submitted from Dec 7 to Dec 11, between 11 am to 3 pm, an official release said here.
The nomination papers would be scrutinised on Dec 12 while a candidate can withdraw his candidature on Dec 14.
List of contesting candidates showing the name of symbol allotted to them shall be prepared and affixed on Dec 14 immediately after the time of withdrawal is over, release said.
The list of polling stations will be published on or before Dec 7 and the poll, if necessary would be held from 8 am to 4 pm on Dec 25, 2012.
Counting of votes shall be taken up immediately after the close of the poll at the gram panchayat headquarters.
The result shall be declared immediately after the counting is over and the election process shall be completed by Dec 28, 2012, the release added.
