EC officially announces by-poll schedule of Rangang-Yangang

The Rangang Yangang constituency has 14 Polling stations divided into three sectors

Election Commission has announced the schedule for bye-election to Rangang Yangang Assembly constituency of South Sikkim on September 13.

With this model code of conduct came in force in the constituency from August 16.

The Rangang Yangang constituency has 14 Polling stations divided into three sectors.

With the issue of notification the process of nomination has started from August 20 and will remain in force till last date of nomination on August 27.

The by-poll was necessitated after Chief Minister Pawan Chamling vacated the seat and retaining Namchi-Singhithang, having contested from both in the Assembly elections.
